Improving the wifi connection would be a great start!!! More accurate list of amenities needed!!! Soundproofing the rooms might also help reduce street noise during hot weather without AC!!!

I enjoyed a lovely stay with a warm welcome as soon as I arrived, and the hotel was just a few steps from the train station making it super convenient to explore the city. It was only a short 15-minute walk to the beautiful Mirabell Gardens where I loved to take peaceful strolls and enjoy the views.

I had a good experience during my stay where the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of breads, fruits, and cold cuts. I appreciated the close proximity to the train station as I was traveling from New York.

I faced some issues with noise in my room, especially from other guests. The area wasn't very nice at night, making me feel uncomfortable when walking back.

The room was spacious, but the cleanliness was quite poor.

The triple room was simple but really comfortable. No coffee or tea in the room, but they offered a kettle at the desk. The shower had great water pressure, and the beds felt awesome. It can get a little noisy with the street sounds if you open the window for air. Overall, clean and functional for a budget stay.

We had a fantastic time with friends! The location is less than a 10-minute walk to the train station, and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. We also visited the beautiful Fortress Hohensalzburg and took on the climb up to the Untersberg. The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
